Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During high-demand periods, new product launches, or supplier holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the supplier's warehouse. Most orders ship from our international partners and may take:

United States: 7–20 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders over $100 (USD) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, origin, and your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website. Some international tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.

International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to select international countries. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or if it is significantly delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact us at Support@Anime-Hype.com. We will work with you and our suppliers to resolve the issue.
