We want you to love your Anime Hype gear as much as we do. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase
- Digital downloads, final sale items, and accessories are non-returnable
- To start a return, email us at support@anime-hype.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if applicable
Refunds
- Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@anime-hype.com
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order after your return is approved.
