Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was done in error or qualifies as fair use, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must meet the legal requirements outlined in the DMCA. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within the legally required timeframe.
